My holiday bundle showed up FedEx when they sent me tracking codes for USPS. #jenkins

Got my holiday bundle today. Unfortunately had to get an XL shirt as they didn't have any medium or large. It was gigantic as feared. If anyone wants it, PM me. I'll let it go for pretty cheap.

FYI, I was at their show last night in Boston. I saw they had at least both white and red copies of Dig Up The Dead. I ended up with a red copy. They had a box of 30 of them and they told me they were "the last copies." They didn't have any copies of Doom Loop on vinyl due to what they called a series of weird shipping errors, where basically UPS is following them around the country with these things attempting to deliver them in whatever city they were in 2 days prior. I greatly enjoy that mental picture. Doom Loop was only available on cassette which they apologized to me several times for.

Does this need to be repressed? Is this even sold out?

I'd say this is more than likely the case.

My tracking number still says "initiated" so I assume they provided FedEx with the tracking info, but haven't actually sent it. I believe you can also recall a package once it is shipped, but I'm not a hundred percent sure. Then again, there is also the (small) possibility that these just show up at our doors anyway.

I don't think anyone is complaining. The premise of getting a free $200 was fun to think about, but it seems as though we'll be getting what we paid for, nothing, which is fine, you know, because we didn't pay for it.

New 3EB ineptitude scenario. 1. Third Eye Blind doesn't respond to our cancellation requests. 2. Paypal credits our account for the full amount paid. 3. Third Eye Blind mails us our boxed sets. 4. Third Eye Blind notifies us our orders are canceled. 5. Third Eye Blind refunds us our money (again). 6. The box set shows up anyway. Hey, a guy can dream right?

No, not at all. I mean they sold 500 copies. Paypal credited an unknown amount of people back for their orders. Let's say 20 for arguments sake. So, Third Eye Blind is still sending out all 500 boxes, but basically they're only getting paid for 480 of them, or at least that's what I assume is happening. There is no information that would suggest otherwise.

I still don't understand why you think people who ordered this will not be receiving it. Basically, I think 3EB just doesn't realize that PayPal refunded some people, hence why they are getting shipped a set. I have absolutely no reason to believe that after PayPal credited my account, Third Eye Blind resold my box set to someone else, but shipped it to me anyway.

I don't think anyone who ordered a box set is not going to get one. Either way, call me a dick if you want, but if the box set does show up and my house, I will be keeping and enjoying it.

I emailed about two weeks ago and they responded within 24 hours (and on a Sunday for that matter).

What's with all the down votes up in here?

I assume maybe because these things are so heavy, USPS wasn't the most economical option?

We cross our fingers and hope $200 worth of free vinyl shows up at our house.

I just got shipping confirmation for by box set.. my cancelled boxset... I already got the money back from paypal. This is potentially the best day ever.
