  1. $17 bucks for the Ghostbusters 10"? Fuck. Looks like I'm out $17. DAMN YOU, RAY PARKER, JR.!
  2. Right now, I'm hoping to see nothing else announced that I want. I'm going to grab Green Day and Ghostbusters. I don't really want to spend any more money than that.
  3. It's very frustrating to see how many sellers claim to have an original 1994 UK vinyl release of Weezer's blue album, when they almost all have a shitty 2002 Dutch repress. I feel your pain.
  4. Seriously, I've ranted ad nauseum over the last couple of pages about these guys and their poor business practices. I'm just hoping that once the product arrives, I will be happy with the product and forget how long they take to ship the god damn things.
  5. You get yours yet? I'm still patiently awaiting my shipping confirmation.
  6. I'm going to spend way more than I should on the Ghostbusters theme song.
  7. I just double checked. I am totally wrong. My apologies. It's the original version. ...and I call myself a Weezer fan.
  8. I totally agree. TWIABP was like listening to loud molasses. When they picked up the tempo (which wasn't very often), it was promising. During their set, I noticed a lot of texting and general disinterest from the people around me. Don't get me started again on the spoken word guy. Again, this sucks because as someone who owns their album, I was pumped to see the live show. They did not deliver.
  9. I could have sworn it was the radio version. The way to know for sure is to listen for feedback during the guitar-less parts of the first chorus. Feedback = radio version, Silence = Original version. Again, I could be totally off base here, but I'm 95% sure it's the radio version on there.
  10. You're correct, I should have specified that I meant CDs. Also, by your standards, the Blue album is also wrong, as I believe (I could be wrong though) that it contains the radio version of Say It Ain't So.
  11. This is not a mistake, "Hash Pipe" was reedited around 2005-2006, and all subsequent pressings have contained this mix.
  12. Went to the Harvard Square location, and got: You Blew It! - Keep Doing What You're Doing The World is a Beautiful Place & I am No Longer Afraid to Die - Whenever, if Ever Emily's Army - Lost at Seventeen Ran me $24 bucks. Not too bad.
  13. I live 10 minutes from their warehouse if you want me to go crack some skulls.
  14. 12/5. They've now changed the date for at least the 5th time since I ordered the thing, now it says its shipping March 3rd.
  15. I can't reiterate enough how much I disliked the spoken word guy.
  16. Newbury Comics used to be my favorite store, but they have been hell bent on increasing profits for the last 2-3 years. Records there are at least $2-3 more expensive than anywhere else. These represses are all bullshit too as they really have no idea how to pick an album that's worth repressing. Don't even get me started on the price gouging they're doing with Magic: the Gathering.
  17. Demos. Obviously. I was more asking Demos of what? Demos of Dookie? Cool Demos of Tre? Not so much.
  18. I wish I had any idea what this "Demolicious" might even consist of.
  19. I've got a copy of Alkaline Trio's Remains on teal that I would be willing to part with.
