From what I've been told, They will be going right back on tour right after warped. Abosutely cannot wait to hear these new songs live. 

The first etid album I ever heard was 'gutter, so for nostalgia reasons, it is my favorite etid record. I remember being in middle school and hearing the lyrics, "hey there girls, I'm a cunt," and thinking it was the greatest thing I have ever heard in a song. Sure the production quality was meh, but there isn't a bad song on there. I loved the heaviness on Ex-lives and hearing the back story on Keith's lyrics made me love it even more. My favorite track from the last album without a doubt is "Idiot." I am rambling, but whatever.

Surprisingly...yes, it does sound pretty good. i honestly didn't expect it to ever show up, but it did like 3 days after Deron announced he had them in hand.

Wally from Rotting Out got arrested for drug trafficking. I say that loosely since he didn't get caught with anything hard - just weed and hash oil. I was wondering why I haven't seen him post on Instagram lately. From my interactions I had with him at This Is Hardcore every year the dude has been a stand up guy (everyone has their vice) and it is disappointing to see him go down like this. Hopefully his sentence isn't too bad, but this is the type of thing that can ruin your life. Here is the link:

Yeah man, I got too fat for mine but I keep 'em around thinking i will fit into them again some day haha. One of my favorite pieces of merch from them was the chainsaw hoodie that also shrunk....I forgot about that splatter variant! I bought my copy of II from a dude on here that ran/runs a label called robbed the bank. Not sure if he is still around or not.

Last time I saw them was in SLC with He Is Legend which was great, cause they pair great together, as you probably know (since they have similar styles, and have toured together, and Skylar filled in for Dallas for a few shows a while back - which has some cool acoustic versions of songs with him singing). I chipped my tooth on the microphone crowd surfing up to Dallas while singing the chorus of 'Caution: Dangerous Curves Ahead'. I refuse to fix my chipped tooth.

 

Another time I saw them was with Saosin, back in 2008 I think. My best friend and I were among a total of like 4 people who were there for Maylene. They played first, and we all bum rushed to the front when the first note hit. So it was just 4 bearded fuckers going crazy in a crowd of teeny Saosin fans. It was so much fun.

I do remember a youth group getting pissed at them because they (youth group) thought it was a good idea to show the music video that had Danny Trejo getting hacked by the chainsaw.

Saw these guys tonight open for lamb of god and anthrax. Not too sure why they are on that tour. Most people were talking or kind of blankly staring at them.
