I'd stick with Lacy
-
Yes, he drives the ball. He doesn't do it with the elite power hitters of baseball, though.
-
And the guy has made a career of putting up somewhat hollow stat lines. I think it's a stretch to call it one of the best second halves in modern baseball history. Not even sure it is better than what Eddie E had done this year. His OPS is awesome but ask teams if they would rather have a little lower total OPS for a higher balance of slugging to OBP and I think they would say yes.
His own team even said it a year or two ago -- he walks too much. Need your $20m bat to drive guys in more often.

Tough one. When in doubt, I trust the ESPN experts weekly positional rankings. They say to go with Lacy (#13) over Miller (#19), Crowell (#20), and Starks (#31).
Do you need to play 2 of these 4? If so, I'd have Lacy and Crowell in today. Miller also questionable and since those guys are basically ranked equally, I'd go with the healthy guy. Can personally only take on so much injury risk.

Cobb is the most talented guy. James Jones was off the scrap heap. Nice story -- not going to last.
Obviously if Cobb doesn't suit up, it's a different story. But otherwise, you don't bench your 2nd or 3rd round pick in week 3.

It's gonna suck like the last 3. I know it. You all do to. Just don't want to admit it.
-
I am letting this show go. Might come back to it. Just too much great TV and it just misses the cut given available time.
-
Trying to figure out week 3, right now I have starting:
WR: Beckham & Fitzgerald
RB: Le'Veon Bell
Flex: Travis Benjamin
But that leaves Cobb, Decker, and David Johnson on my bench.
Do you think I should change my flex spot? I want to start cobb there, but his numbers haven't shown it so far.
Start cobb and don't tinker

ok my dudes who do i pick up for the waiver wire. Rank these dudes in order you would pick them up. i am going to put a bid for each guy hoping i get at least one of them.
we only have 5 bench players so dropping someone that can potentially start for a bye week is causing me a headache.
i am going to drop D. Williams and pick up another running back. i have Lacy who has the potential to sit out. my potential pick ups are
-Starks - Handcuff Lacy
-D. Lewis (NE)
-D. Johnson (ARI)
-D. Freeman (ATL)
i should note that we get points for return yards.
I think the return yards would push me to Johnson

Anything can happen once the playoffs start. The Cards have won 5% more of their games than the Cubs. Obviously better to win them than lose them, but that would give me little to no confidence that my team was a lock to get to the World Series.
Basically saying baseball is about just getting in and it's all a crapshoot from their. So much luck involved in whether a ball is a high popout or a grand slam.

It's just a lot easier for a woman who likes indie and punk music to find a guy with similar tastes. Look around the concerts you go to. The guy/girl ratio is usually somewhere between 5/1 and 20/1, depending on the band and venue.
It's not insurmountable. It just makes things a lot tougher for the guys.
-
Still not interested. If I can wait 2 days for something, I can wait 5.

I've got a bag of pins that someone could have for shipping cost if they wanted. If you look at my record list, you can probably see the type of bands/labels they come from.

Tom Brady after 2 games in 2007: 576 yards, 6 TDs, 1 INT
Tom Brady after 2 games in 2015: 754 yards, 7 TDs, 0 INT
plus the only reason the buffalo game was as close as it was, was because they were more focused on trying to put 60 on the board when they should have just run the ball and killed clock.
They held those teams to 14 points and won by 24 in both games.
Not saying Brady isn't on a roll and they aren't set up to win a lot of games. Just saying '07 they got off to a better start as a team.

Rivers, Bradford, then Tannehill
I'd put Tannehill ahead of Bradford. I think it's a great opportunity to buy low on Bradford, but you can't roll the dice on your season with him. Better player for someone with a steady, healthy QB.

There's also always the possibility of a Suh stomp ending his season

so there's a funny thing happening right now where the jets, bills, and dolphins are all drastically different teams this year- and i don't know nearly enough about any of the teams to hate them for any reasons other than the simple fact that they're division rivals.
the other part is that the patriots' offense looks stronger than 07's, with tom ready to steam roll the whole damn league again. and i don't fear any of the teams mentioned above because as good as they all look so far, i don't think any of them stand a chance.
shit, even with revis- as annoying as it is to see him back in green and white, it was just too damn comical watching how inept the colts are. that franchise is beyond broken.
Both of their games have been won by 1 score. I wouldn't crown them yet.
-
I wouldn't bench him ever.

we were talking all night on OKC and she asked me a ton of questions and said she loved my music taste and all this shit - and then no reply. and i just matched her on tinder ( how ironic right ) but haven't heard from or anything since I asked her a question about her major. I could do this - and i usually do, do this- but it just makes me blah. I don't know how to not take things personally.
It seems like you put too much importance on musical taste. Date a chick that likes country music and see how it goes. There are 100 of them for every one punk or indie girl. Bring the numbers back in your favor.

He's also 29. His best years are behind him.

NO is terrible. I wouldn't call that an upset, even if Tampa is equally bad.

Someone is out of the playoffs today after starting 0-2 between Minnesota and Detroit with 90% likelihood

Wind waker was too easy. You barely ever died after the first couple quests got your heart pieces up.

I'm not disagreeing with you. I'm just saying that a lot more precision is needed in describing the study than 87/91. I do believe there is a serious issue there.

Miller has the same health risks and Crowell is a Brown.
