  1. I've decided to move my records to my new crashpad in the midwest. If you've been eyeing something on my tradelist for a while, make an offer in the next 24 hours before the movers come box everything up. The top half of http://www.deadformat.net/tradelist/Evopop is fair game. I've been around the block as far as trading/selling goes, etc. Edit: Movers coming a day early, I will have to stop making any trades not already underway.
  2. i definitely did not get it but emailed anyway.
  3. I've got an old school AFI work jacket. Comes with removable zippered liner. PM if interested
  4. I like the some of the earlier, darker Crooked Fingers as much as some of his AOL stuff. I definitely prefer a Crooked Fingers show to a Bachman solo show, I just like the fuller sound. I don't know what the current Crooked Fingers composition is but about 5 years ago the touring upright bass player was incredible... he just stood in the back and crooned counter-melodies that I still hear in my head when I play the tunes (sadly not on vinyl).
  5. what if you don't select "package", is DC still automatic?
  6. Edit: I stand corrected... from a different forum: Perhaps to make it less confusing, here are 2 questions that you can ask to determine if a First-Class mailpiece is a letter, a flat or a parcel: 1. Does this mailpiece exceed any of the dimensions of a letter (6 1/8" high x 11 ½" long x ¼" thick)? If not, then it is letter-size. If it does exceed one or more of the dimensions, proceed to next question. 2. Does the mailpiece exceed any of the dimensions of a flat (12" high x 15" long x ¾" thick), or is it nonrectangular or rigid or non-uniform in thickness? If the answer is "no" to these, then it is flat-size. If the mailpiece does exceed any of the dimensions of a flat, or is not flexible or is not uniform in thickness or is not rectangular, then it is a parcel. Relative to Delivery Confirmation and Signature Confirmation, the regulation has been, and is, that for First-Class Mail, the mailpieces must be packages/parcels. The only time a mailpiece can be a flat and qualify for Delivery or Signature Confirmation is when it is mailed as Priority Mail. I think that in years past, mailers might have mistakenly used Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation for letters and flats, and some post offices accidentally may have let it "slide". But as the post offices (and mailers) become more informed due to shape-based pricing (as you have!) they realize that Delivery and Signature Confirmation cannot be used for letters and flats. So, it is not that the rules changed, it is just that we all now know the regulations and have to abide by them!
  7. How do you know it's *factory* sealed? I say open it, maybe it's cracked! You can always reseal it later if that matters to you.

  11. This message has been moved to Everything Else Message Board by Ben.
  12. As of 4 hours ago, I have successfully defended my PhD. Just needed to share that with my record-trading friends. I know it's the wrong forum but I never read the other one and will delete this when the glow wears off.
  13. I will sell my copy of this for $9ppd, PM if interested.
  14. I think Alex AOTU is on tour and that's why it might be hard to get hold of him for a couple weeks.
