as difficult as it is to swallow, and as disgusting as their practices are, the judge made the right call. you have to side with the first amendment. i wish these kinds of decisions didnt have to be made. its an absolutely abhorrent practice that these babtists picket military funerals and they should be ashamed of themselves. that doesnt change the fact that the first amendment has to be protected and any case that may limit its protections has to be decided with the utmost scrutiny.
