I hope you get your stuff straightened out. Media mail being jacked I can completely understand, but UPS usually does things a little better.

Geez... That is insane man. My girlfriend and I watched a postal carrier chuck a bunch of packages (some even marked fragile) into the back of their truck. It was disgusting.
