I have an OG press I'd sell If I can snage a quality re-press down the road if anyone really wants it.

I think at one point Dine alone was selling a bundle of them for $80, I can't match that, but I could probably get all 4 bundled for $100 + shipping from Canada. Since these are 2xLP's, I would guess shipping to run another $30 or more, but I'd cover any shipping cost over $30. If your interested, I can pack it up and get an accurate shipping quote.

If you just want some common pressings, I'd be glad to work out a bundle deal!

The box and the bubble wrap were the smaller expense compared to running a business and paying employees.

.... because boxes, bubble wrap, employees to work, warehouses to store and pack the records are all free? There are additional costs outside of the price on the shipping sticker. On an unrelated note.. does anyone remember mail-ordering stuff from bands? Ya know, where you would put your money-order in an envelope and wait 3 weeks before they even got your order, let alone shipped it out?

I guess I'm too used to paying $15 CAD to ship a single LP, that $35 did not sound like an extra shipping expense for an 8LP boxset. I'm just excited to get the box for this amazing price, regardless of when is ships. To each their own. (Also, I was harsh since your first post was a nice long complaint.... welcome to the boards, you will fit right in!)

So I saw Big Sugar last night do an acoustic set with 9 musicians on stage. They totally killed it. An amazing set. They were supporting their new album, which you can get on vinyl via amazon for a fair price (was cheaper shipped via amazon than it was at the show!) Big Sugar - Yardstyle It's mostly new acoustic tracks, with some old favourites re-worked acousticly. *edit* I can't find the deal I had when I first bought it.. Had it for under $20 CAD shipped .

People who complain that it cost $12 to ship a record: Please don't ever move outside of the USA. You will not be pleased

Looks like they did take some over-orders and started to change the statuses. From facebook "I was so happy to be able to get a box, now my order is stated as 'Hold - Backorder: Your order is on hold due to an item being placed on backorder'... Does it mean I'll get one ???? Help Please :s"

Did it actually change, or did it just start like that? I took a screenshot the moment I finished my order and it said 'Ready to ship'
