My thoughts exactly. "Effortless Amnesiac" was my favorite song off of the last album. And upon first listen, the last 30 seconds of "The Fake Rat of Dave Navarro" is my favorite part of the new album. The album is great all around, but more Jack would be nice.

Me, too. I listened to the whole album without really picking up on any standout tracks. It was good enough background noise, but nothing special. On the second listen, though, I started hearing some great moments and great songs. It got better and better with each listen, and now I really enjoy the album. Side note: I pre-ordered the album on clear vinyl the day it was announced, only to receive black vinyl in the mail. Bummer. Hoping Kings Road will fix this.

That's so cool! Love the character as the Rocket symbol and the picture of the band on the back. Thanks for posting those pics! I put off ordering this at first, hoping I could just get it in-person from a store and avoid the large shipping charges. I've called the stores listed on Volcom's store finder, though, and none of them have any idea about the YGG products or this promotion. Ended up just buying a shirt from the website (like I should've done right away), but now I'm worried it's too late and the 7"s are all gone.

I like FEAR. A lot. Enjoy all four albums (for the most part), and really enjoy The Record. But I don't see the point in this. Maybe it's decent... I'd have to listen to it before considering a purchase.

Went with the green from Adeline. I'm wicked excited about this. A little bummed to read that the reissues of their first two LPs are digital only. I really thought they were planning vinyl reissues.

The 7" of the Month Club had a lot of stink, but this one is definitely up there. Seems like they haven't really cared about their new material for a while, and I'm starting to not really care, too. I think I'm just buying these releases out of habit now. It'll most likely collect dust.

Man, I had no idea the public opinion of Rise and Fall was so low. I loved that album when it came out and listened to it a lot. I thought it was their strongest album in a while. The first four tracks were awesome, and the rest of the album (except "Kristy," kinda) was great. "Hammerhead" as the lead single was amazing. I still remember listening to that over and over while waiting for the album to come out. After "Original Prankster" and "Hit That," it heightened the anticipation for the album to have that as the first statement. I was not disappointed. The only song I've heard from the new album is the bumpin' truck one. That said, I'm not as excited about this record. I do hope it's pressed on vinyl, though, as I plan to buy it on release day (and try my best to not listen to it until then!).

I pre-ordered the newest Adolescents album from Concrete Jungle. Shipping from Germany to the US was pretty expensive. A month or two after I received the album, Interpunk had it. I should've waited. Hence, I will wait for this to show up stateside.

I got all six of these reissues. Didn't have any problems with S/T, The Colour and the Shape, or In Your Honor. There Is Nothing Left to Lose, One By One, and Skin and Bones all had skipping issues, though. After I cleaned the records pretty thoroughly, most of the skipping problems went away. There might be one place per side that still skips, but that's still pretty lame for brand new records. Also, count me in for the "these should have come with inserts" group, especially at that price.

Recent posts on their facebook page... This one's from December 10th. I'm taking "the songs are done" to mean the additional songs that are going to be bonus tracks on the reissues. With those done, hopefully the actual reissues will be coming soon. Plus, new album! This is from the 1st of this month. Vague, but better than nothing.

Are inserts/printed inner sleeves included with these represses? Or is Ginn still being a cheapskate?

According to HotTopic.com, yes. I've gotten the deal both online and in stores.

I kept getting closer and closer to buying a copy of this album on eBay, but this is a much better option. Purchased this last night at the store. Thanks for all the updates!
