SRC worked out a complete replacement copy for me because of the skipping a popping... says Grand Total of $5 for it, but money hasn't been taken out from anywhere so hopefully that stays that way. + side is i can replace my original cover with half of a torn off sticker on it

anyone else have a defective song or two? i finally got to listen to the D side and the end of "Luca" pops and skips all over. it looks like there's a indentation that smoothed the grooves out a little bit before it set or something. gonna send an e-mail to see if i can get another C/D

i'm still a desktop PC supporter and i like getting inside and messing with all the hardware, but i feel like nowadays it's not really worth it unless you have the $$ to drop to make a power house PC. console games are getting more and more expansive in terms of graphics and mapping and i think it's just more convenient for most people to stick to them. my computer is too puny to support newer PC games since about the time Star Craft 2 came out, but i still love playing them. despite all of the online woes, i still want to play the new Sim City. i'm also looking forward to South Park: The Stick of Truth (console and PC) because i think it might have a Maple Story (PC) feel to it.

totally botched my sticker removal job! hopefully my friend that does printing can help me with a replica. if you're trying to get rid of the sticky residue left by the sticker, you can use one of those tan, gummy looking erasers to go over the area. with a little pressure, it comes off. not sure about regular rubbery erasers yet. (also works to make the bottom trim of your shoes white again).

i was so worried it would only be on the East Coast as AG has speculated a long while back. very happy i will get to see them this time around.

i'm guessing i like this movie so much because it was JUST a movie for me. i didn't try to read into it at all. i grew up not even listening to punk until long after i had even seen this movie (which i do now see as a fucked up situation), so there was that whole barrier in place that let me take it as just some guy telling his story. i would like to see what they do with the second one because i found the first one enjoyable to watch and i would like to see where they take it. i could see someone denying the statements of another blowing it up as a spot on portrayal of punk life in any respect, but it seems like it's a lot better if you take it all with a grain of salt. i'd pledge, but the perks aren't really that appealing. i have a feeling they will probably make it if they really want to. i think they are just trying to take advantage of the pledging wave.
