Really can't ever go wrong with Helvetica. Also it fits the criteria you want.

Mine was in a skatepark when I was 10 yrs old. We could bring in tapes and they would play it over the PA of the place. One day just skatin' along and then this song comes on and I just stopped and was like "wha? this is awesome" I go find the dude who I knew had put this tape in and asked him about it. It was Bad religion against the grain. The song that stopped me was flat earth society. I still love the song and Bad religion to this day is one of my favorite bands. All this was almost 20 years ago, and I'm glad it happened.

So many good Doc suggestions in this thread. It seems like everyone I wanted to recommend someone else already did. So to add to this great list I'll suggest Catching Out its about train hopping and the subculture of people that are in to it.

fixed that for you.

Older receivers had phono(read: pre-amp) because a turn table was a common piece of the home stereo. Most modern ones don't anymore because a turn table isn't a common piece of home stereo equipment, that's most commonly why a pre-amp comes in to the picture for folks that aren't building a high end audiophile system.

To help any confusion in the store if you ask for Neil Gaiman's(pronounced gayman) sandman you'll get the right one. Yes read it. Its one of the most Epic and awesome comic series ever. Yes some of the trades are better than others but overall its pretty hard to beat sandman. Only thing that rivals it for me is preacher.

DOWNLOAD CODES: more results / thoughts...
jpw replied to vardcore's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
I think they are great, but if it does cost the label extra(depending on how much) make it an add on at check out. Have something like "include download code for this record for an additional $1?" Of course I pulled $1 out of my ass, but assuming that would cover the cost of the download service why not? I'd pay an extra dollar for digital copies of a record I got. If I already had it in digital form I could opt to not receive the code and the label gets to save a buck. -

You might like 'The Tim Version'. you can sample some of their stuff on the no idea site. -
That's why its good to have choices. Some people prefer a queued system where the data is checked on the input, but being able to view the data is delayed. Some prefer the ability to create data and fix errors on the fly with the risk of occasionally having incorrect data. Even with a system where the data is checked before it is publised like DF for example, errors can and do exist. Nothing is perfect its just matter of method you prefer.

I appreciate the suggestion, that is something that could be done in code. So long as the information exists in the "pressing" page all that information can be displayed in other places. I'll toy around with showing copies how you were talking about.
