Meaning that their dollar goes further in their country so that while they may be paid less by our standards it gets them further supporting their economy, again there is a lot more I'm thinking of that needs to be fixed. I think that possibly if a certain movement would step up and try to help improve foreign labor markets we may see something happen. I just think that a lot of people blindly say "Outsourcing is awful in every way" but in reality control outsourcing is better than not outsourcing at all.

Thanks for the counterarguments guys, I really do want to learn more about politics and consumerism and pretty much all the stuff I've spent my first 20 years on Earth being ignorant about. When it comes to American jobs, what makes Americans more important than others? Why should we alleviate to ourselves before others? I think that the benefits of outsourcing is immensely greater for them then us. Also outsourcing can lower the prices here benefiting the consumer over the worker, where as the entire country is a consumer and the minority is the worker, why should we all sacrifice for such a small few? Is it unethical for me to believe that helping 90 percent of the country is better than helping 10 percent? I mean it is kind of fucked someone who has the extra money to buy a Mercedes while someone can't afford to eat everynight, but again, maybe saving that extra dollar on milk can help the person working on a lower wage succeed as opposed to buying American and being forced to decide which meal to skip just so one other person can have a job say? I don't know, buying soley American seems greedy and selfish. Does that make sense? It seems the payoffs are bigger going elsewhere then staying here.

I'm lazy. I'll shop anywhere, but try to avoid Wal Mart, but outside of that it's really bad. I think the problem is not shopping from United States made things but just trying to fix things over seas. Just because they get paid the equivelant of 2 dollars a day here doesn't mean they can't survive on that there? I think that factory work SHOULD be outsourced for the fact that it will help 3rd world countries industrialize but I believe these countries governments need to take responsibility to protect the people of their country. I know it's not this simple, but I also believe the UN should play a role in these overseas dealings but they don't because the G8 probably buys them out to not do it. I don't know shit about politics or anything so I'm probably really wrong in everything.

Yeah, DKM crowds have always sucked. I used to love them as well (They got me more into punk rock actually after Green Day of course) but after a while I noticed "Wow.
