  2. March 26, 2007 ï J. Robbins (Jawbox, Burning Airlines) and Janet Morgan's son Callum was diagnosed with spinal muscular atrophy almost a year ago. Please visit the DeSoto Records: For the Benefit of Cal Robbins page and J. Robbins's blog for more information on Callum's plight. You can find information about making donations at the Desoto Records page. ï A great way to support Callum is to purchase the new For Callum double CD compilation. Check out Catlick Records for more information. 100% of the proceeds are going to Callum's care fund. Jawbreaker contributed a song to the For Callum compilation: the July 1994 mono, 16-track demo version of "I Love You So Much It's Killing Us Both." ï Keith and Tim have been making good progress on the Jawbreaker documentary. They've already collected a ton of archival footage, and they've been conducting interviews with various personalities across the country for the past six months. Adam says that they hope to finish by the end of the year.

  5. I voted for you because you seem to enjoy collecting even though it is harder for you to get releases, and because its fun to read your posts. dont worry about answering the questions and be yourself. people will understand why your grammar isnt top notch.

  15. the table in ps's post is a really good one for the price. thats the way i would go.
  16. That doesn't surprise me as much as not saying somewhere at the label or when you order the thing. If I were in a band or working on a label, I would want fans to know there were only 200 or 500 or 1000 copies of a certain release or color. Not only does it prove its limited-ness, but it also makes fans and customers more likely to keep shopping or, at the very least, keep their eyes open for rare and unique items. - Jeff thats a good point jeff. i think its because labels want to keep selling the records after the limited versions have sold out. they dont want people to not buy because they didnt get the limited or most limited versions.
  17. I got some Bruce, what are ya lookin for?
  18. dont get me wrong im stoked that they are taking care of it. im so satisfied with their service I placed a $50+ order to ship with the replacement. no-idea and vinyl collective are the only two places that i feel totally secure when placing an order online.
