caught that tour in Pomona. They didn't say anything too mean and seemed generally appreciative to be there. However, I can't begin to quantify how many loogies their singer spit on stage. dude was hawking them left and right, it was disgusting.

I can agree with this, but I still think Identity Crisis was a HUGE album for its time. I can still throw it on and feel pumped, despite its edges.

How "Oh, Common Life" isn't the first track on this record boggles my mind.

seriously. i'm not sure which version I enjoy more. It only makes it kind of bittersweet that these three songs didn't get the 7 inch treatment.

I was kind of bummed that the 11x17 poster included the venue strip and title. I liked it how it looked in the thumbnail. But between that and bitching about the missing tracks, I kind of felt like I was complaining too much.

With respect to everyone who says this album is lacking catchy choruses, I just don't hear it. I feel like some of these choruses are the best the band has ever done. It's really a bummer that it sounds like they're calling it quits. Fireworks were one of the few bands I really anticipated hearing new material from anymore.
