I don't understand why there is a best pitcher award and then they are still eligible for the best player award yet position players don't have a best position player award. Plus pitchers are such pussies and coddled these days they aren't even the most valuable player on any team IMO.

When I start a new record it seems to almost jump around a lot for the first 30 seconds or so. Then it plays fine. What is the cause of this?

The Victory variants are pretty cool but to many bands I listen have had problems that I'm just going to spend the extra money on the black RISC pressing. Actually I just bought the smoke variant. One of the color looking pressings I've seen. Still bought the RISC pressing though.

They said no matter what, even if they are in the playoffs he is not playing. Also it seems like a waste of money to me to have a healthy player riding the bench for the pure reason that you think it MAY prevent an injury that could POSSIBLY happen.

I think them winning will put more butts in the seats than anything else. Plus he is a pitcher. The motion puts so much stress on his arm that he is going to eventually break down. Football teams don't stop playing young players near the end of the season because they could get hurt and they want to save him for years to come when they are leading the league. Everytime he throws the ball he risks ending it all. He knows that and wants to keep on playing.

I just don't think you should ever go with the mindset that we weill win next year to. You just never know what freak injuries could happen. Play for the present. Not the future.

Does anyone here agree with how the Nationals are handling Strasburg? I feel that they should just let him pitch. To much coddling of players these days. Plus if I was him and they kept on doing this to him I'd leave first chance I got. I understand they have made an investment in him but this could be their chance to make the playoff etc. You don't know what next year what your competition or how your team will progress/digress.

A position player can make an impact everyday. A pitcher can only do it once a week. Plus you have to be crazy to pay $300 million dollars for someone who only plays in 21% of the games in a seasons.
