ISHC half of this release pisses on the NFG half, i got the promo at work last week, listened to NFG once and ISHC at least three times every day until now...

you have a point i guess but i think this show will mean more to people who have already seen them/got their records while they were still together. Good opportunity to those who were too young at the time to see them play, but for me, really not interested.

There's no way he is gonna get much money out of this at all, the venue is awesome but absolutely tiny and in no way a major one, it's not even in central London... actually it's pretty out the way and the official capacity is about 180...

it was announced this afternoon on www.punktastic.com and tickets are on sale from banquet records.

So it has been announced that The Movielife (Vinnie Caruana backed by Set Your Goals) will play Kingston Peel on may 14 and 15. While many will be over the moon about this, i think it's balls... Granted i had the pleasure of seeing them in all their glory in 02/03 but really have no compulsion to watch the lite version on either of these dates. Think anyone would have given a fuck (admittedly they're in a different league) if Rage had returned without Tom, Brad or Tim? Or would it have seemed like a feeble attempt to breathe life into a frontman's ailing career? Really like to know what others think about this, would you go to the show? Is it a good idea or is it just shit?

Eh, we're more concerned with Rock Sound than you guys; at least Kerrang! doesn't steal every last detail of our magazine's layout and editorial content. Can't say i've ever noticed that, but we can both be thankful we don't have to use press shots for features.

I've got a promo poster for Jude law And A Semester Abroad fully signed by Brand New from their London Barfly show in 2003 and a Poison The Well skateboard deck with the artwork for YCBY printed on the underside, that's pretty nice.... but how do i put it on a wall?

Second post. Hi everyone, leerobert is responsible for me being on here, look forward to discussing stuff with you all...

This is my first post so might as well make it a rant... I work for a music magazine in the UK and last year i went over to NJ for this festival (my girlfriend also works there and was reviewing it). We had one bag between us and were staying in a hotel 1 mile away for the evening between the two days. When we got there we were told no bags were allowed at all, the security suggested we "put it under a car" until the evening then go and get it once we leave... it had passports etc in it so we had to take a taxi to the hotel (at hugely inflated charge) and back just to get in to the fucking thing. When we got there we soon realised this was the worst festival we've ever been to, it really is shit. From the UK and think reading/leeds/download is badly organised? Think again, and count yourself lucky, we have it fucking easy!
