trust me you can't go wrong with any of those. french press coffee is sooo good. make sure to use a coarse ground with the french press. I know about using coarse ground but thanks for the tip anyway. It would be terrible to get all those nasty grounds in your mouth. I am also getting a burr grinder so I will have perfect ground beans! I hate the concept that people like this can get shows for no reason other than they are stupid, while at the same time I get sucked into the train wrecks they call lives. When there was the Paula Abdul show I caught an episode once when noting else was on and was instantly hooked and couldn.t wait to see what she would do next

stuffy as in congested? I just got over pneumonia and my chest was very congested. Also bronchitis does that but that is more like the feeling of someone standing on your chest. You have to take antibiotics for either of those things. Feel better!

this past weekend we had an amazing homecooked all vegan thanksgiving meal (I have been eating it all week for lunch and dinner) green bean cassarole sweet potato cassarole mashed potatos and gravy whole wheat rolls dressing cranberry compote tofuky roll (first year I ever had it and it was amazing!!) pumpkin roll shortbread chocolate chip cookies mulled cider sooooo yummy for thursday my dad is coming over and I am making a chocolate peanut butter pie yummy

I only use american frame for all my frame purchases. I order from there numerous times a year for my personal art and prints. Actually I think I was the first person to suggest the place to this board. Their stuff is cheaply priced, high quality and really easy to assemble. There is a small hardware kit with each frame and simple instructions to follow. You will only need wire to hang the picture and a screwdriver. You can either pick up the wire at checkout or purchase at a craft store (you can even use non picture wire it works fine as well.) I have ordered their metal and wood frames both are really good quality, but I prefer their metal ones. You even get a free mat with each frame purchase.

I have never had my lunch stolen but at the last school I worked at one teacher had her lunch stolen almost every day! I would be furious.
