hickey
ask Todd from Recess where he did the new Screeching Weasel ones. That was a run of 500 gatefold.

monk0nuggets
Recordpressing.com does whatever number you need, but I'm not sure if you need to order the vinyl there too for them to do it. You'll have to call and ask.

ericxthexred
worst company working with vinyl today. Why do you say that? 1) shitty vinyl quality 2) terrible people to work with 3) sending possible US work overseas (they're just a brokering company for a plant based out of europe) 4) hidden "shipping" fees that kill the cost of the record you're pressing
jailhouse
Recess uses RTI and Musicol I believe, RTI can do gatefolds. Probably the best place, (if your not getting records places also) is Hamlett Printing or Staughton Printing. You have to spec out your project and shoot em a quote, but for 500 gatefold it is still going to be around 1000-1200, on the bright side 1000 gatefold are still going to be around 11-1200. Gatefolds are expensive as shit. Best bet is to do a "fold over" which is basically almost the same, I believe Erika does them, and iloveimprint.com I have found like imprint has the cheapeast prices on jackets. http://www.iloveimprint.com If you contact em tell em Jailhouse Records sent you, please They send me hookers and crack for every refferal. monk0nuggets
Why do you say that? 1) shitty vinyl quality 2) terrible people to work with 3) sending possible US work overseas (they're just a brokering company for a plant based out of europe) 4) hidden "shipping" fees that kill the cost of the record you're pressing I'm not trying to defend them because I'm working with them, but I honestly haven't seen any thing from them that backs this up (minus sending money overseas). Everything I've seen that Virgil has pressed sounds awesome and the jackets look great. The guy I've worked with over the phone has been incredibly helpful as well. Their shipping charges were not hidden when I ordered either.
