I don't feel hatred toward it but I always felt like it was written just to have 3rd one exist, 2 ties back to 1 and 3 just is well boring. I guess a lot of "3rd" movies lose what made them great, and as result are much weaker films except Indiana Jones, that's the best one. "We named the dog Indiana".
