celebdeath Posted July 4, 2008 Share Posted July 4, 2008 paypal policy is once the dispute is closed, thats the end of it. you could try calling them as impact says, but it does say in their dispute pages that once it is closed, there is nothing more paypal will do. geezfools Posted July 4, 2008 Share Posted July 4, 2008 yeah, I had an issue with a preorder, I waited so long for my records to show, they never showed up, so I filed a claim so I could try to at least get my money back, well, I waited so long I was past the deadline of 45 days, so it was closed, never got my money, still have no records and the second press is supposedly dropping now, yay!
