mattramone
Record and Tape Exchange, Crooked Beat, Smash, Som Records in DC/NOVA. RIP Orpheus and that kooky metal place whose name escapes me now. In Atlanta, the places to hit up are Wax n Facts, Yo Yo (which is tucked away pretty hardcore off of Peachtree Industrial), Fantasyland, and that thrift store where I found an Impressions album I had been wanting. fluffernutter
philly: long in the tooth OOh! Where is this at? I'm pretty on to the Philly stores but have not heard of this one. My Philly ones would include Relapse and Noise Pollution (where not only did I see but got a hell of an education on The Beatles : Yesterday and Today album {of which the owner had a GOOD 30+ copies}) Also an hour north on the Turnpike in Allentown, PA lies Double Decker Records. My hallowed ground of vinyl. My shrine if you will. Got my Refused - Fan the Flames of Discontent there on Blue Marble for a cool $20 about 6 years ago. Love that place. Love Curmudgeon and Vintage Vinyl over in Jersey too. Quality!
