I placed an order 3 weeks ago, received it in 4 days, missing half of my shit. I've sent countless e-mails, no response, and even filed a claim with their bullshit customer service center, which of course has also yet to respond to me. I email them every now and then and they claim they've sent out replacements 4 times. Shit don't go missing in the post that frequently.
