Is the book/box set decent quality? I have heard both good and bad things about it. Mainly about the packaging not holding up all that well over time... Anyone have it and know? blanketbyday Posted September 24, 2008 Share Posted September 24, 2008 My copy is fine no problems...but I can see where a problem would occur if one did. The front and back cover of the box set are the same size as that of a 12' lp but the binding extends another 2-3 inches past that.......so if you shelve it with other records and put enough pressure on it the front and back covers could tear away from the binding.
