theambulancereview
My grandma recently passed, and I was given her record collection and her record players, I came across a 3 disc 10" set of the "Hail Purdue Marching Band Music". Funny thing about that is my Grandfather was the drum major (band leader) at Purdue University when he went there back in 1950s. The records are super interesting as they are made out of some kind of metal and it says right on the labels that they will never break. These were pressed in 1948. I wanted to give my Grandfather something really special for Christmas so I have been working on this project for the last few hours. What do you think? theambulancereview
Thanks everyone, my Grandfather loved it. He even said "it means a whole lot, thats a very nice gift" which is very very rare for my Grandfather to really have any kind of emotional moment.
