Failed policies effect everyone, and if all you end up with in return for a plate full of shit is an "I told you so", you got a very bad trade. Also, I love how, during the Bush II administration, all the Republicans were like "no matter what you think of Bush, he is our President, and you should respect him even if you don't like him" and then the tables are turned, and all of their bullshit about respect goes totally out the window.
