I really don't have anything worth trading. I was recently laid off and sold 80% of my collection to a local record store before I heard of the message board here. I had a lot of rare stuff that I wish I would have chosen to sell on here, but times were desperate and I had to do what I had to do.

it's a small list

7''

Dan Padilla/Chinese Telephones - White Cover - Black

Broadway Calls/The Riot Before - Tour Edition/Hand Labeled - Purple Marble

The Yum Yums - Pop For Yummies - Black

Plow United - Sadi

Connie Dungs/Slowpokes - #234/500

Kung Fu Monkeys - Hi-Fi at Low Tide - Clear Orange

The Sticklers/Kung Fu Monkeys - Black

12''

The Ergs - Dorkrockcorkrod - [Original Pressing of 500 on black]

The Ergs - Jersey's Best Prancers - [black]

Clorox Girls - J'aime Les Filles

J Church - The Horror of Life [GREY]

J Church - Society Is A Carnivorous Flower [Green]

For Science - Way Out of Control - [White]

Screeching Weasel - Wiggle

The Microphones - The Glow Pt. II [Original 2xLP]

if you're new to HWM collecting (which i assume b/c you have less than a full disco right now)

double check all pressing information, etc. and dont' always believe what you see.

for example that HWM - Caution - White...According to No Idea it's out of 30 but that's just impossible. There have been AT LEAST 10 on ebay and a bunch of people on here who have said they have copies of it on white.

I've got extra copies of these:

Finding the rhythms on translucent purple + 7" /200 (13th pressing)

Never Ender on solid purple /200 (6th pressing)

(See link in sig for pics)

For a fellow HWM collector I'd let them go for $5 a piece. But shipping from Norway is very expensive. It would be $22 for those two bringing the total up to $32. If it's still interesting, PM me.

I love Hot Water Music, but have come to terms with the fact I will never have all their stuff. It's kind of depressing.

Do what i've done and just get one copy of each release.

Check out thestigmachine HWM collection http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=pU3XEwqaQrHXIfI5_vM4odQ :o Its well impressive

That's exactly what I'm doing and I think it's the better (cheaper) way to go.

That collection is fucking insane. I'm very impressed.

I had over 120 HWM records before I abandoned going for a complete collection. I still have quite a bit of stuff that I'd be willing to let go of. However, I will never part with some of my really rare gems (No Division Some Records first press purple /100 and Fuel... first press half black half white /50, etc).

Anyways, I have a lot of shit still so I'd be able to help you out with a lot of stuff. I just need to get a list together of what I actually have left (my trade list is way out of date).

Thanks for the kind words about my collection. :) It's getting more and more complete, although there's still a long way to go!

By the way, I just created a new Facebook group dedicated to HWM vinyl-collecting. Seeing as collecting HWM can be a bit confusing at times due to the enormous amounts of variations, I thought it could be a cool idea for HWM-collectors to get together and share info, discuss, post pictures and so on. I'm not sure it will be a great success, but who knows. If anyone wants to join, the group is called "Hot Water Music Vinyl Collectors".

Yeah, that white version of Caution is still shrouded in mystery. Somone has had a white copy on Ebay as a BIN for $99.99 for quite sometime now.

there are two versions of the "can't take the boy out of bradenton" 7".

one has a larger fold out cover, with nice linen paper.

the other is a more standard 7" sleeve.
