They've got a pretty good roster of labels/bands that they work with, but the shipping it unreal usually and they seem to be out of stock on stuff pretty often. They have the worst "customer service" skills. That's what made me give up on BCD. No matter who you ask, or what you ask, you probably won't get an answer. I'd rather buy elsewhere even if it's a dollar or two more, because not only do they suck at helping people, but they rape with shipping charges too. And their records aren't even packed that well/don't get here any quicker anyway! I only order from them if it's the only place I can get something I really want.
