There's also copies out there with clear inserts, but I'm not sure if those are numbered or how many exist. Both my copies are not numbered and I bought them straight from the band back in '03. I just noticed there's a ton on ebay and they're all out of 150 (which would be odd). I might get one eventually but I'm not going to blow a ton of money on it.
