Shipping a record to Australia?

i hope that dude in down under won't to pay tax like me.

it's a nightmare....

nah, we don't have any tax fees

good for yourself.

i don't know is this happend to all record collectors in thailand or not.

for me, most of my packets will arrive me with 30-40% of tax per packet.

the customs staff always estimate 10-12 usd per each.

it's my personal nightmare....

it sounds like they slap the tax on EVERYTHING that comes in the post. get them shipped to me and i can hang onto them until you visit downunder. take them home with you on the plane! ;D

i promise i wont listen to them!!!

In the UK you only need to pay tax if the parcel is over £18 or £36 if it is marked as a gift, then you pay tax on anything over that. The shit thing with it is that you have to pay £6 handling fee for them to notify you you need to pay duty, when you didn't get the chance to when you ordered!
