Guest
Their take on Punk Rock Girl is pretty terrible.
adamlikesmusic
Yeah I listened to this a few days ago, it's pretty average. I really dig their cover of Linoleum, but the others aren't too memorable.
MattyIceyo
I think Hell is pretty good, but it doesnt stray too much from the original. At least they have 99 tries to make a good mix tape for sure. I like STR like the next guy but alot of these covers are kinda blah. I like the idea of the Postal Service cover, I don't know how much I like it though however..maybe it will grow on me. Would love to see the STM version of Kesbey Nights pressed however.
drinker
I absolutely love "skyscraper" as a Bad Religion song, so I think that's the cover I like the best. Having said that, I think it's just o.k.
goraiders
i like linoleum and red rubber ball. such great heights has grown on me mostly because I had no idea how catchy the chorus was before this.
burdenx
Cover albums are lazy. I love Streetlight but this isn't something I'll ever go out of my way to listen to. New material, please.
zac
I'm pretty let down by it. I listened to it driving home yesterday and the only one I really liked was the Postal Service song the rest seemed kind of boring.
adamlikesmusic
For me, Such Great Heights is probably one of my least favorite on the record. It just doesn't translate well into what they tried doing, for me.
jcamps
not terribly disappointed with it, but it's not piquing my interest enough to get back into ska heavily.
