  1. I placed an order for 7 jersey's about 3 months ago. I tried to order an XL navy Lance Briggs jersey and an XL hockey fights cancer white/purple Toews jersey for my wife. They said both were out of stock. Changed my order to a white(away) XL Cutler jersey and a red(home) XL woman's Toews jersey. Both showed in stock on the inventory list. Never got another reply. Jersey's showed up and the initial 5 were fine but I got a youth XL Cutler jersey and a youth L/XL Toews jersey. Luckily I had people I could give them to, but I was still out like $60 on those two jerseys after you figure in shipping and charges. Hopefully you guys don't run into the same issues. Maybe I'm dumb for not trying to get them to send the right jerseys, but I just felt like it wasn't worth the effort. The other 5 jerseys were awesome BTW.
  2. Rumchata and salted caramel vodka. 50/50 split. shots only though, I wouldn't want it as a drink/martini. soooo good.
  3. Don't know for sure. If it's not him, unfortunately he's ruined it for someone else. Based on this past list, there's just too much similarity.
  4. Bid on 5 of my auctions today. Just registered on ebay today with this new name Contact Information for willjamestay11 User ID: willjamestay11 Name: william james City: Saint Johns State: FL Country: United States Phone: (890) 123-4567 Registered Since: Friday, Jan 11, 2013 13:38:50 PST
  5. Really sad. First saw No Use back in Feb.1995 opening for Offspring, then caught em again that summer on the very first Warped tour. Since then I've only missed them maybe 2 or 3 times that they've rolled through Chicago. Always loved their music and they always put on a good show. R.I.P.
  6. I got in on the cheap 2-day passes too, which does seem like it was the right move. I just have a feeling I might get burned on the aftershows. With HWM, Gaslight and Frank Turner playing on Sat. and Chuck and Frank's propensity to do after parties/late shows, I could totally see an impromptu Revival Tour type show going down. Chuck, Brian, and Frank plus whoever else wanted to show up and grab a guitar. Oh well, guess we'll just have to wait and see.
  7. Frank Turner has 9/14 listed on his website now. Sucks since i already bought the 2 day pass.
  8. I didn't read the whole thread so this may have been mentioned already. Lately I've been turning to this alot. Some beautiful stuff.
  9. I love T.L.A. but I cant't drop $27 a ticket to see em at Metro and possibly end up with a drunk-as-shit Brendan Kelly. They've disappointed me more times than they've impressed me over the years. I was at that anniversary show though, and they sounded awesome. I wish they would get that DVD out.
  10. In addition to many already said: Murder by Death Teenage Bottlerocket Brendan Kelly solo album (out of curiosity) Shiny Toy Guns (guilty pleasure)

  19. this is really one of the dumbest points ever attempted to be made. I'm glad I'm not friends with anyone as stupid as you in real life. You can't justify bad behavior by pointing out other bad behavior.
  20. I'm selling 2 tickets for Murder by Death/Fake Problems/Buried Beds in Gainesville @ Common Grounds. Show is Fri. March 11 @9pm. Just want face value for the pair, $25 total. I'll cover the shipping cost. My wife & I will be in FL that week, but we have to fly back to Chicago a day early & unfortunately miss the show. I just saw this tour here, 2 nights ago and it was great! In case anyone out there is on the fence. Cheers!
  21. The Twilight Singers / Dynamite Steps - SP844 “Whenever you’re here, you’re alive” are the first words sung on Dynamite Steps, the fifth album from Greg Dulli’s Twilight Singers collective, and the group’s first in five years. The Twilight Singers’ previous release, the acclaimed confessional opus Powder Burns, came out in 2006. Dynamite Steps is clearly the next chapter, a whole new level of catharsis and progress, evocatively cramming all the highs and lows of the maverick singer-songwriter’s past half-decade into unexpected sonic trapdoors. “Shot on location” at various locales significant to Dulli’s life, you can hear the sense of place emanating up from the grooves of Dynamite Steps. Here, the weary nighttime decadence of New Orleans rubs up against the oppressive sunshine of Los Angeles and the desolation of Joshua Tree’s desert vistas. Dynamite Steps explores the thin line between life and death, mortality and immortality, resignation and celebration—that mythical moment when your life flashes before your eyes, drawn out here over the course of eleven songs. The album’s forty-three minutes prove an unflinching odyssey through the dark side, but one that’s ultimately redemptive in its scope and power. If you pre-order Dynamite Steps by February 15th, you’ll receive a free, limited edition CDR featuring two non album Twilight Singers tracks, The LP version is a double LP on white vinyl. http://www.subpop.com/releases/the_twilight_singers/full_lengths/dynamite_steps
