hickey
This is a tough one, since I buy mostly punk. I really loved NOFX's live album, but I think my favorite punk album of the year was either The Ergs! Upstairs/Downstairs or The Carbonas third record. The Carbonas record shreds from start to finish and it happens so fast that you have to start it again from the beginning.

jochert
American Steel - Destroy their Future Why? It's just such a great record with great hooks and choruses and, i dunno....I loved it from the first listen good fucking record. on another day I'd say The Gaslight Anthem - Sink or Swim, great album as well.... Runner up: Against Me! - New Wave

hickey
The Arrivals- Marvels of IndustryThis album simply rules. DAMN! I forgot how great that album is. An honorable mention should also go to Underground Railroad To Candyland - Bird Roughs. I don't know if that's a true "punk" album, but it's fucking stellar. Its most definitely a punk album and I agree, absolutely stellar. "Bird Roughs" is on my top 10 list.
