RustyShackelford
So i was in austin this past weekend and i found a copy of Banner Pilots Collapser on clearance at Hot Topic for $4 so i picked it up never hearing the record i thought why not.. i just opened it and looked at it and its not solid black, but has some white marbling or streaks, and almost looks like a really dark grey or purple. Is that what the "Puke" color looked like from FAT? or is it just an in-between colors press? either way its pretty cool, would be cooler if it was a variant of the Puke so i woulda picked up ans OOP record for $4. from a hot topic no less. here are some pics, i am aware the vinyl looks like two different colors completely in the pictures but its just the different flashes i used to get the marbling in the pictures well.. cside
The puke color was light a tan color with some different colors slightly marbled in. Still, your record looks pretty nice too.
RustyShackelford
thanks a lot! pretty good score i guess. would this be considered in the "puke" category or not? it definitely is some sort of variation

xjustinxschwierx
nope, but Fat Presses at Bill Smith and they just run the colors through without cleaning the machines so there's usually a transition record or 10 going form the color to black
Just Another Tom
It's an inbetween press. I got a copy like this from fat at time of the pre-order. There is a thread on here about it somewhere. Welcome to the club.
rocknroll76
One of the neatest "transition" colors from Fat that I saw was a copy of Leche Con Carne. It was going from baby blue marble to purple marble....pretty much "color in color"
