forgeagain Posted August 30, 2010 Share Posted August 30, 2010 Yeah it was just some LLC questions though. Nothing major and nothing I'd charge for. I don't think there are any real issues with doing contract work outside of the state as long as it's nothing too complicated. For stuff like help setting up LLCs or looking over recording contracts, etc. it's not too important.
