A Great Big Pile of Leaves - Have You Seen My Prefrontal Cortex? (album JUST released and this band is fucking catchy...they should be the parents of Say Anything and The Honorary Title...go to their own site for a free download

I xoxo Minus the Bear, but fuck OMNI.

i love great big pile of leaves! first 2 albums rule, will download right meow.

also, you are completely on point about MTB. fuck omni.

And you, sir, are right about the first two Fiery Works! The newest album is damn expensive for a double LP, but it does have nice packaging, and it's A/B Green C/D Red, pressed out of 500. Thankfully I preordered it for $18, but now it's twenty five goddamn dollars!

Norma Jean - Meridional

This was my biggest disappointment. i shouldn't have expected much after Anti-Mother, but with the hype this album received and the new label, i was expecting something much, much better. Only two or three good songs...

The Flatliners - Cavalcade

The Snips - Blackouts (released in 2009 but reissued in 2010)

Everyone check out the Snips - Blackouts. Hasn't left my car since it came out in October of last year.

RIYL?

I'd say it's a combination of punk rock with rock elements and horns. Kind of like a combination of early Against me! And indie rock. Definetly check it out. vinyl supposed to come out on P+P sometime soon.

What? That's fucking sweet! Tell your good friend to tell his roommate he sucks! Then tell your good friend to wink at his roommate and say it's from "Dan Jones"

Or I'll just visit then we'll get drunk and listen to records!
