Dillhole
Usually nothing. But leftovers are really the best way to go. I've always been a 2 meals kinda guy. Breakfast and dinner.
smailtronic
usually a Michelina's tv dinner. Every once in a while, I'll treat myself to lunch out at one of the restaurants near my museum. Sadaf Cafe (Greek/Lebanese), Subway or Downtown Seafood (damn fine poboys).

icecream
I eat one of these: these are surprisingly filling and it helps that they taste great too
Guest markovianprocess
I try to eat things that are loaded with fiber and lean protein (ingrained into my brain after doing the South Beach Diet). Each week I'll whip up a huge batch of black bean chicken chili, chicken lentil stew, a chipotle seasoned chili or this turkey chick pea cilantro dish that I found online. Whatever I can't eat goes in the freezer. It's a nice way to avoid eating processed foods and preservatives. Although I should probably be eating more fruit. That's my Achilles heal for sure. Have you tried eating different types of dried fruit? I'm not a big fruit guy at all, but I love dried fruits. http://www.nutsonline.com/driedfruit/berry-mix.html
