apirk Posted May 13, 2011 Share Posted May 13, 2011 I really fucking hate this site right now. So like others on here I jumped on what was a mistake on the price with the latest Mountain Goats LP. Well months ago, they said it wasn't available and gave me credit so i bought something using it, the credit doesn't show up until after you purchase it. So I get my item and I didn't get the credit, because after I made the purchase they put the Mountain Goats LP on "backorder" So today months later it finally gets cancelled, even though you can clearly buy it on their site, and now I get another credit. If they didn't want to honor the mistake that is fine, but it has been since mid February since I made this order. Also, I had no problem with the in store credit the first time around but I really don't want to have to buy something from them again. /rant Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

esbe Posted May 14, 2011 Share Posted May 14, 2011 Personally I would have a appreciated a "hey, that price was a crazy mistake, sorry" rather than pretending they were waiting to get copies of a readily available record for two months. Will not be buying from there again (although I only ordered from them on the off-chance the deal was real, so my boycott doesn't actually make any difference).
