jhulud
I could be wrong but I have heard different stories as far as the colors go. Allegedly the red vinyl is the first pressing...all later pressing were this peach/orange marble like yours.
athomewithkyle
3rd pressing, but I don't know the amount pressed. Though I have a copy.

jhulud
Man...I was way off on that whole "I think red is the first pressing"...how much of a jackass am I now?!?!?
chiefwahoo
The first press is maroon. A deep, dark red. You're not that far off
jhulud
Thanks chief...that made me feel a bit better... Speaking of Pumpkins...my local record store has a sealed copy of Mellon Collie for $250...is that a decent price for that album? My only gauge is when it was mentioned by Billy Hamilton in the Vinyl File interview and how it goes for outrageous amounts.

I would probably kill for that... mainly because 250$ is way out of my price range
xunspokenliesx
$250 isn't too bad...it looks as though it goes for mid to high 100s on average...with the occasional one breaking 250 or 300. That's going by info from Pop Sike

jhulud
I have the $250 available but not in any rush or desire to buy the album...besides, that money is on deck for something else...
