atomicderailer
...the best female-fronted pop-punk band since Discount. Too bad they recently broke up. Does anybody need a copy of Living in Squalor 7"? Arguably, it has all their best songs.

AlexH.
Listened to the album before the last one, wasn't feeling it. Maybe enough time has passed to revisit it. Right now I'm saying Big Eyes, Gateway District and Full of Fancy are my faves for non-dead girl-fronted pop punk bands.
diabretic
yeah, but the girls in this band were in a band called the ackleys first, and man were they full of themselves. or so i heard, anyways. this music, is really good though. sucks that i never payed them attention at all til now. papermonsters
We were supposed to play with them and Tigers Jaw once and they never showed up. Tigers Jaw showed, however, and it ruled.
birdwell
Check out Katie's new (but really, it's old and recently rekindled) solo project "Waxahatchee" if you dug The Ackley's or P.S. Eliot....or check out Bad Banana if you can find that stuff, which I think only came out as a demo (no official releases under the Bad Banana name I think) Really weird seeing people all the way out in Cali that are into them. Rad though, definitely rad

mrcapitillar
LIS is their best material in my opinion. Saw them play the last show with Latterman, it was pretty damn cool.
