One Hundred Fifty-Two
Why doesn't eBay have a section on their website for Frequently Asked Questions? There are a ton of sites that are smaller than them that have it. And maybe even a Customer Service section for questions that aren't as frequently asked. mattisr1984
you can usually find what you're looking for through their site map. Attn: people who don't know what they're doing on ebay.
littlebistro
I heard eBay goes to the VC board for suggestions.
One Hundred Fifty-Two
And maybe a phone number. Or someone to chat with on the computer if you prefer that. All reasonable suggestions.
Guest
I've been able to call eBay. Maybe it's because I'm a top rated seller and a powerseller. All I had to do was go to the contact section, fill out a small form, then I would get a special PIN # to input after I dialed the 1-800 and I would wait no longer than 1 minute for an operator.
