I get this message when I enter a tracking # Delivery status information is not available for your item via this website. A return receipt after mailing may be available through yourlocal Post Office. this is even for packages that I know have been delivered from conversing with the buyer on this board. why is this service so shitty? Fortunately they got the package a couple days later, but really confusing and unneeded stress on both ends. Still not exactly sure what happened. I ship through a contract postal unit, and was thinking maybe this is the issue? oterecords Posted March 6, 2013 Share Posted March 6, 2013 I once shipped a record to CA when I lived in NY, it went all the way out to CA, to the post office it was supposed to get sorted at. Then it came all the way back to NJ and then went all the way back to CA within a little more than a week and they wonder why they're losing so much money. I print all my labels online now just to avoid having to stand in ridiculous lines or pay the extra amount because I went inside, plus the post office near me doesn't even open until 10am (which I find ridiculous). I've noticed that lately shipping info doesn't show up sometimes until the record has been delivered and then all the sudden all of the information is available. Yeah I sent something priority and it said that the expected delivery date is march 2nd. It says it arrived in the town where I sent it on march 2nd, but now it is march 6th and it doesn't say delivered. Do they not scan the final step "delivered" if it is going to a PO box?
