parkinglot
"Not quite three years since their formation, Pennsylvania-based Reservoir have churned out a demo, the three-song 7-inch ‘Into Endings’ and a split 7-inch with Bicycle Ride. Now, they’re ready to release their seven-song debut EP, ‘I Heard You As I Walked Away.’ Reservoir have a thick sound with nods to Sunny Day Real Estate, Planes Mistaken for Stars, Texas is the Reason, and Small Brown Bike. This is a split release with Major Bear Records and Dead Flowers Records." http://www.majorbear.com/products/517106-i-heard-you-as-i-walked-away-reservoir-12-record http://brokenworldmedia.bigcartel.com/product/reservoir-i-heard-you-as-you-walked-away-lp http://deadflowers.limitedrun.com/products/517116-reservoir-i-heard-you-as-i-walked-away-pre-order Kinda Seasons In Verse MHTJ-ish. Broken World Media version is blue w/ white swirl /100. Major Bear version is Caramel /100 Dead Flowers version is gold /100 I'm assuming the black version is split between the 3 labels, 50 each, so /150. I'll update this when I know for sure. Shelby
Def hear the MHTJishness. Think I'm gonna order from BWM because the color seems like it would go best with the art. Other two places have bonus items though...

sabukweli
I've been digging these guys since I saw their demo posted on a blog a couple years ago, and I think they're getting better and better with every release. I've had an unmastered tour CD-R version of this new EP since I saw them at a house show in Lansing in January. It's very enjoyable for a thirtysomething in the midwest who actually found 90's emo in the 90's (imagine that). I don't have the funds to pre-order this but I hope to pick one up down the road. Here are the videos I shot of their set in January. They are definitely WAY better live. Frankly, they blew me away that night. (apparently it only does embeds for 2 videos per post) And finally, I have an extra copy of their Into Endings 7" if anybody wants it. $11 ppd. PM me. Willow_Tree_Records
Played with these dudes last year in Brooklyn. I was really high, but they were really awesome. Going to pre-order.
