Etc. have valuable paperwork, jewelry and stuff in there. So I'd let that stay. Less to worry about. I'm a simpleton. A minimalist. My shit is all right there. I'd wake the family up, make sure they're out (and send the dog with one of them), then I'd grab my laptop/phone/wallet/car keys/3DS and chargers, stuff them into my backpack as fast as I could (I keep them all in the same general area) and gtfo.
