Ryan Adams- "Demolition" was a B-Sides record and it's definitely one of my favorites, also Nirvana- "Icesticide", as well as a handful of Saves the Day b-sides, including "Sell My Old Clothes, I'm Off to Heaven"

The Mighty Mighty Bosstones have great b-sides. 

 

These are right up there with their best stuff.

 

-Wrong Thing Right Then

-Providence Is...

-Every Trick In the Book (maybe their heaviest song)

-The Drone (classic Bosstones wordplay that would sound super corny coming out of anyone other than Dicky Barrett)

-Storm Hit

-Common Decency (they've started playing this one live and it's awesome)

-Pirate Ship

 

Other good ones are That's Another Story, At It Again, Wake Up Call and How We Got Away

Muse has good ones. Fury, Spiral Static, Futurism & Glorious are all awesome. Maybe not technically B-Sides since they all appeared on the Japanese versions of each album.

But Shrinking Universe, Hyper Chondriac Music & Agitated are my favorite legit B-Sides.
