Yes he has the same right as anyone else to do what ever he please...just most people realize when you bump a topic for 10+ days in a row that either your prices are too high or just no one wants what you are selling.  At this point the thread is just being re-bumped for people who have seen it over and over and there is no changes to.  I would say most people who bump their threads only do so when either there is a change in the price/availability of an item or when a considerable amount of time has passed.  When you bump the thread EVERY day you just start to annoy people and then they start ignoring the thread all together.

One other bit of unsolicited advice, it is highly encouraged to only have one active sales thread at a time, when you have 3 of them you get triple the annoying bumps.  Just lump them all into one sales thread and then if you feel the urge to bump it...maybe only do so once a week or so.

 

So hope this helps and if nothing else, this post is a free BUMP since you like those so much.
