thefence2113
Title pretty much says it...I'm just hoping maybe someone got either of these and didn't like them that much so I can get a better deal than buying new. Edit: I finally got a used Speed Box S. Still searching for Head Box S, Acryl- it platter, and had considered trying out the CD box and record puck if anyone has either of these they want to let go of. Weez
Curious abou the same question, not to find used gear on here. Just anyone who has experience with these upgrades and what is most important/best value. I am leaning towards acrylic platter as my static issue drives me crazy..... Thoughts? flood
i really like the crylic platter, its kind of pricey but it does wonders for static, and it just really looks great on the black table thefence2113

chilltown38
It's not new, but Amazon currently has the acrylic platters with prime shipping. If you have prime membership it may be worth it.

flood
is gonna be tough to find these used at anything less than retail.. my dealer told me everything from pro-ject is extremely constrained at the moment, and he can't even get new product from the factory
thefence2113
Yeah. I'm about to buy the platter and puck new I guess. Was just hoping there would be someone here who bought them and wasn't a fan. Had to try my luck.
bluessinger
Yeah. I'm about to buy the platter and puck new I guess. Was just hoping there would be someone here who bought them and wasn't a fan. Had to try my luck. Lemme know what puck you end up with and what you think. I'm in the market for one too. Also, anyone know if anyone makes a acrylic platter other then Pro-Ject that works with the debut? A buddy mentioned that he came across a company doing them for around $90, but I spaced on the brand.

RustyShackelford
I'm looking for an acryl-it now as well. If someone has one they want to let go a little cheaper than retail
