I have no idea what this vinyl is worth, but if that price works for you, wonderful. It's a 12 inch double and still in the factory package. Im pretty sure there are still three copies of it at a local shop near me. they haven't been touched in a few years. either that or they keep restocking. which means, it Is not that rare if they are able to keep restocking.
