  2. still waiting for my store (canada) to get it in. Will likely be EU press, just seems to go that way.
  3. hahahahaha this is great. So glad I cancelled my preorders. Wil scoop these (not these specifically, one of the other million variants) out of the bargain bins in a couple years.
  4. interesting, i found the new press to be noticeably better different than the parlophone, enough so that I thought it could have been remastered.
  5. Southern Van.Isle. Dont think we ended up with any gov plates, almost positive we didnt.
  6. we get buggered up here.. given our population and all that I guess.. lots of stuff doesnt make it up here. They ordered but said "unlikely".
  7. looks like my local canadian store wont be getting any of the death grips, lame. anyone of you friendly americans think you could help me out? thanks in advance.

  11. Keep me posted. I was mighty impressed with the 12" re compared to the 2001 parlophone and lpkida.
  12. They do all have the same deadwax. two have jackets the same width, one is a smidge bigger. *the 97 and one of the 180grams have the thinner jackets, the other 180 is a little wider.
  13. Hey, sooooo I have three copies of OK computer. one I know is the 97repress. the other two are EXACTLY the same except 180 gram. The only 180 gram uk listing on discogs has mentions of "warner" on labels and parlophone in the wee box beside barcode.. these have neither. They are essentially the 97 repress but 180 grams. help, what do i have.. PS.. not new, spent an hr trying to figure this out.. make me feel stupid, please.
  14. is it? havent got mine yet. *oh wow, it is apparently. this is great news. The mastering of this album is pretty much as good as it gets. Seriously, the recordings on this album are so well presented. So open and not squished to death at all by compressors. CANT WAIT TO SPIN THIS AT 45RPM ON 12" WOOOOOO
  15. I have the LPKIDA 1st press of kidA and the subsequent second UK parlophone press. The 12" beats them both. I dont even talk about the capitol pressings, not worth a dime, throw em in the garbage.
  16. I am going to make a real effort to get more into Hail to the Thief. Funny that King of limbs, coming off how well received In Rainbows is and then followed up with the well received AMSP.
