I thought the new song sounded almost like country. Really wasn't feeling it.

They should've just put the lyrics on the back side of the record sleeve. Oh well...

Just got the LP. Was gonna get it with the snapback but it came out to about 60 bucks instead of just 25.

Got my preorder in today. Everything I've heard about Southern Lord's packaging is spot on. Best cases, sleeves, etc. I've ever seen.

I never really liked Assailants. For me it was always Illuminate and December. Paint It Golden was okay.

Comedy and music are completely different. I like my comedy to be really immature and outrageous at times and I like my music, for the most part, to not have shitty lyrics unless it's the instrumentation that really hooks me.

Really? I thought their first album was the worst thing they've ever done. And you should really check out Architects, at least their first three albums. After that, it gets pretty crappy.

I only entered this topic because I'm sick of hearing how "groundbreaking" this new album is. I got 5 songs in and was like, "really?"
