Currently starting the search for a box that was "delivered" on Friday (It's Monday and the mail has been delivered today sans my box). They scan it as delivered then I guess play soccer with it for a few days before actually dropping it off.

Bottlerocket, Rushmore and Life Aquatic all list Mark Mothersbaugh as "music by". So wouldn't a Devo record be a better tribute to the music of these movies?

I would like this better if it was 1 LP, black vinyl and cost $15 and also had different music on it.

I think I would rather have the pressing plants overworked than going out of business. In the 90's it wasn't just the small indie labels that kept the pressing plants in business, it was also the majors with their 12" dance singles. It's a Disney record today or a La Bouche remix 20 years ago.

The actual songs? Or just the labels? The process for pressing records wouldn't allow for a single stamper to be used on both sides of a record. So for this to happen they would need 2 sets of stampers and have them mixed up. And then the odds of that hapening only once then then it getting corrected and the one error actually getting shipped and next to impossible. if it just had 2 A side labels that's more likely. I am guessing they don't believe you.

They reached their goal! It's still up for 12 days. I like to think that me posting this and almost no one looking at it played a big role in getting this project funded.
